Where do you deliver?

Just Organic delivers throughout New Zealand and beyond. Please contact us for all international shipping enquiries.

What are your delivery charges?

  • Christchurch City - Free (currently all 8XXX postcodes excluding 8971 & 8972)

  • South Island excluding Christchurch - $8.50 (Excluding Stewart Island)

  • South Island excluding Christchurch + Rural - $16.00 (Excluding Stewart Island)

  • North Island - $22.50 (Excluding Waiheke Island and/or other 'ferry required' locations)

  • North Island + Rural - $30.00 (Excluding Waiheke Island and/or other 'ferry required' locations)

NOTE: All delivery charges are conditional on orders being under 10kg or 0.050m3. Orders over these parameters will incur additional delivery charges.

When can I place an order?

You can place an order at anytime or on any day. However, if you order on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, you will NOT receive your order that same week. Just Organic has a weekly delivery cycle with a strict order cut off of 10pm Sunday. All orders are processed on a Monday for delivery on the Thursday coming so you receive the freshest produce possible.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

All non-rural home deliveries throughout New Zealand should arrive on a Thursday.

How do I contact you if my order hasn’t turned up by Thursday afternoon?

If your non-rural delivery hasn’t turned up by Thursday afternoon, please ring 0508 674 269 asap so we can make things right. Alternatively, you can email 'orders at just organic.co.nz'.

Are you classified as rural?

Just Organic do not get a say in whether or not an address is classified as 'rural'. Our current courier partner is Poste Haste and you can check whether they deem your address as 'rural' by clicking here.

When will my order arrive if I live in a rural area?

If you live at a NZ rural address, your Just Organic order will arrive between Thursday and Saturday inclusive. The challenge with being classified as 'rural' is that Just Organic cannot guarantee the speed of delivery. This is because NZ Post says 'Allow 2 - 3 days for delivery' which kicks in once the couriers hand over to the rural delivery service. If delivery is delayed more than 24 hours after dispatch, the quality of the produce may be compromised.

Can I request my order be left in a specific place?

Yes. Please indicate where you would like your order left during the online checkout process inside the ‘delivery instructions’ box. This means our courier driver knows what to do. All orders are delivered in sealed, recyclable cardboard boxes - however you can leave out a chilly bin if you wish.

Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?

No. You order will be left at the stated delivery address, in a safe place - out of the sun and rain.

Can I set up regular weekly or fortnightly orders?

Yes. Simply get in touch via 'orders at just organic.co.nz' and we’ll let you know how to set this up.
