TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Product Purchases
Your submission of an order (either through our Website or on the telephone) amounts to an offer to enter a contract to buy the Products from us. Ordering a product from us carries with it the obligation to pay for it unless we receive from you a cancellation charge to your orders before the deadlines published on the Website. You remain responsible for ensuring that any such change or cancellation is not only transmitted by you, but received by us, in time for the deadline. We reserve the right to deliver and charge in full for any order unless we have received notice of cancellation before the published deadline. This deadline is important since, typically, we make up the deliveries for despatch to you the day before delivery and obtain some of the Products especially to fulfil your order and may not be able to sell the Products elsewhere.

Privacy Policy
Just Organic is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a positive experience on our website. Your privacy is important to us and the information provided will not be shared with any third party.

Minimum Order
Please note that our minimum order amount is $30 (excluding any applicable delivery fees), otherwise a $5 Packing and Handling fee will be charged.

Produce Availability
All orders are supplied subject to availability and the lists we have provided on our website to showcase the produce that will be included in this weeks box is only intended to be a guide.

Delivery
We will not be liable for failure to deliver when delay has been due to causes beyond the control of Just Organic, but we will do our best to advise you if we know of any problems.

Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are applicable for orders outside of Christchurch. Please refer to our delivery faqs for more information.

Payment
All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars (NZD), inclusive of GST. Please note that payment is due prior to delivery.

Late Payment Fees
We reserve the right to charge a late payment fee of 10% for every week that payment is outstanding.

Credit Card & Direct Debit Details
By completing our credit card/direct debit payment form, you agree that you have given us the permission to charge your credit card/direct debit account whenever an order is due. All Credit Card/Direct Debit transactions will be manually processed securely through DPS. The credit card information you send from your web browser are securely encrypted by a 256-bit SSL certificate issued by GoDaddy.com.
