How often do I have to order?
You may opt for weekly or fornightly standing orders or simply order when it suits.

Is there a minimum order?
Yes, our minimum FLEXI BOX order is $30, otherwise a $5 surcharge will be applicable. You may still order our Mini Box for the cost price of $25 only

What if I do not like a specific item?
We are aware of your dislikes and requirements and will substitute accordingly to what other produce is available. You may also request that we add more of the produce you have already ordered to make up the substitution. You can specify this with your order.

What if I am not home to receive my delivery?
Our drivers will leave the box outside in safe place out of the sun and rain. Please let us know where you would like us to place your box on the order form. And please remember to RETURN YOUR EMPTY BOX with your next delivery. Thanks.

How do I cancel or amend my order?
Please notify us by 10am Monday prior to your delivery either by phone or email or Text.

What should I do with the empty box?
Please leave all empty boxes, egg cartons, meat boxes and plastic bags (from previous orders) out for collection on your following delivery. If you do not wish to order again, we ask to please recycle the boxes and place them with your recycling or you can drop them into our warehouse at Unit G, 1013 Ferry Road, Ferrymead.

What methods of payment do you accept?
The acceptable forms of payments are detailed below:

1)Internet Transfer:Number- 03 1599 0206498 000 Please use your name and address in the reference sections
2)Credit Card

Once you have provided us with your details, we will then charge your credit card or direct debit account every Monday evening whenever an order is invoiced. You do not need to provide us with those details again unless there are amendments to your details.

Why should I buy organic produce?
Environmental, Health and Taste. And because we used to eat it that way! Please visit our Organics page for more information.

Where does your produce come from?
Up to 80% of our produce can come from around Canterbury and South Island, supporting both local farmers and reducing food miles. Other produce that cannot be sourced locally is from all over New Zealand and certain products, like Soapnuts, from places around the world.

How fresh is your produce?
Our produce is fresh. Sometimes our greens, like spinach, silverbeet and lettuce etc can be harvested and arrive the morning of your delivery. Other products like carrots and pumpkin are no more than a day or two old. Fruit, from within the week

How do I store my produce?
Once you have received your produce box, please store all produce properly to ensure that your produce lasts as long as possible. Your produce will arrive in sealed carton boxes so roaming pets will not get a chance to taste your produce first!
