WHAT IS A FRUIT BOX?
Our fruit boxes consist of an assortment of delicious and organic hand held fruit. All the fruit is first grade premium quality and each piece of fruit is carefully hand picked to ensure that you receive only the best fruit.
The exact contents of the box will vary from week to week, depending on what's in season. Most of the fruit are mainly locally grown, therefore reducing food miles. This is the perfect snack alternative that complements the environmental values of your business.

1) How much fruit do I need for my workpace?
A good starting point is to plan on 2 pieces of fruit per day per staff. When you order from us, you are making an investment in the overall and wellbeing of your business. Like all good investments, we suggest that you start conservatively. After your first delivery, we will contact you to see how the fruit was received by your staff. If the quantity needs to be changed, we can easily adjust for the next delivery.

2) Fruit Choice
Most of our customers decide to start with our standard mix boxes and leave the selection to us. These mixes have been designed to satisfy as many tastes as possible in your workplace. If you find you need to have a different mix, simply contact us and we can adjust accordingly.

3) Delivery
We deliver every Monday between 9am to 1pm in a presentable recyclable Fruit Box. Deliveries within Christchurch are free and if your workplace is outside of Christchurch, contact us for a quote for area delivery fees. We ask for you to leave out your previous box for collection so that we may reuse them.

4) Invoicing and Payment
We invoice after every delivery. We can provide individual or consolidated invoices covering all of your locations. Invoices and monthly statements are sent electronically in PDF format every Thursday after delivery and can be faxed on special request. Payment terms are net 7 days and can be made by direct deposit, cheque(add 25cents processing fee) or credit card. We accept all major credit cards without any surcharge.

5) Need to amend your order or stop your service?
We do not use contracts of any kind to lock you into a scheduled delivery. You have complete flexibility to change or stop our fruit delivery service at any time. It is as simple as a phone call or email to advise us of any amendments. We do ask you to inform us by Friday 6pm before your delivery is due on Monday.

6) Once in place it is automatic and effortless
Many customers begin on a trial basis to see how the fruit wil be received, usually moving to a weekly permanent delivery after a few deliveries. We will contact you a few days after every trial delivery and ask if you would like to receive another delivery. Once you are 100% happy with our service, we will keep delivering New Zealand's finisest quality organic fruit to your workplace. Hassle Free!

7) Ordering
Visit our ORDER page and fill in your details and you will receive your order that Monday. Otherwise, give us a call on 03 420 0160 to discuss your requirements.

Deliveries within Christchurch is delivered every Monday between 9am to 1pm. We ask that all orders be placed by 6pm Friday to ensure delivery on Monday.

Local delivery is free whilst there are additional delivery charges outside of Christchurch. Non local deliveries can only pay via Credit Card or Direct Credit:
